Our job is to get to know YOU. What makes you YOU. Each client is special and unique. We then translate that information into a Stunning Vision for you and your guests.

Our clients can be as involved as they wish in the planning process. We are comfortable with clients who just want to show up and have a fantastic time at their event. We have also worked successfully with clients who want to be involved with each detail. What we have found is that once these clients experience just how detailed we are in our approach to planning they become more focused on other aspects of their day.

For each event we research and work with the best vendors who can execute your vision. We negotiate the best deals on your behalf and keep you informed ( as much as you desire) of all the details that can impact the look and feel of your event.

For destination weddings/events we arrive a minimum of 3 days prior to event to meet with each vendor to ensure all final details are being prepared to client standards for the event.

Each event is personalized and customized for you & your style. Therefore our pricing is also customized. Please contact us for a consultation. A one hour consultation is $150 non-refundable fee. However, if you decide to work with Wow! Events that fee will be credited to your account.
